Application for approval of the Gunnee Feedlot P/L Australian Enterprise Agreement 2014.
[1] An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Gunnee Feedlot P/L Australian Enterprise Agreement 2014 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act).
[2] The applicant has given undertakings in relation to the agreement which are attached to this decision and the back of the agreement.
[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186 and 187 of the Act as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
[4] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 13 August 2014. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 May 2018.
