1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Rangari:

(a)	Lot 2, DP 1172836, part of Lots 96–98, DP 754955, part of Lots 9, 11 and 18, DP 114885 and part of Lot 1, DP 1089276, Kelvin Road,
(b)	part of Lot 1, DP 190411, 3103 Kelvin Road,
(c)	part of Lot 2, DP 178083, 4000 Kelvin Road,
(d)	Lot 1, DP 825588 and Lot 1, DP 1149870, 3935 Longarm Road,
(e)	Lot 99, DP 1140224 and Lots 7001 and 7002, DP 1073061, Rangari Road,
(f)	Lot 87, DP 754946, Lot 19, DP 114885 and Lot 5, DP 1172836, 2670 Rangari Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
