I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land in Blue Vale, Curlewis, Emerald Hill, Gulligal, Gunnedah, Kelvin, Marys Mount, Milroy and Orange Grove, including the following land:

(a)	certain land fronting or near Blue Vale, O’Brien and Old Blue Vale Roads, Blue Vale,
(b)	certain land fronting or near Bartlett Road, Hawthorne Street, Kamilaroi Highway, Old Cemetery Lane, Poole Street, Preston Road, Railway Street, Seachs Way and Voca Road, Curlewis,
(c)	certain land fronting or near Buchanan, Dietrich and Goolhi Roads, Kamilaroi Highway and Kruse and Quia Station Roads, Emerald Hill,
(d)	certain land fronting or near Merrigle Lane, Gulligal,
(e)	certain land fronting or near Blue Vale Road, Kamilaroi Highway, Orange Grove and Quia Roads and Shanley Lane, Gunnedah,
(f)	certain land fronting or near Kelvin Road, Kelvin,
(g)	certain land fronting or near Dietrich and Goolhi Roads, Marys Mount,
(h)	certain land fronting or near Beeson Road, Milroy,

(i)      certain land fronting or near Orange Grove Road, Orange Grove.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

Amendment of Gunnedah Local Environmental

Plan 2012

[1]      Clause 4.2A Erection of dwelling houses on land in certain rural and environment protection zones

Omit “environmental” from clause 4.2A (1) (b). Insert instead “environment”.

Omit the subclause.
