1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment

No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)	To the extent that this Plan sets a new minimum lot size of 6,200 square metres for certain land, this Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 1102185, 56–58 Kamilarol Road, Gunnedah.
(2)	To the extent that this Plan replaces the Lot Size Map as a consequence of the new minimum lot size, this Plan applies to all land to which Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 2012 applies.

4      Maps

The map adopted by Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 2012 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:
