Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 23)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 23).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 1–21 Silversmith Place, Gunnedah, being

Lot 22, DP 1113680.

4 Amendment of Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998

Clause 11 Can land within Zone No 1 (a), 1 (b), 1 (d), 1 (f) or 7 (d) be subdivided?

Insert after clause 11 (2):

(3) Subclause (2) (a) does not apply to Lot 22, DP 1113680, known as 1–21 Silversmith Place, Gunnedah. The Council must not consent to the subdivision of that land unless each lot created by the subdivision will have an area of at least 2,000 square metres.
