1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 20).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 5 and 6, DP 10425, 12 Bennett Road and 23 Alford Road, Gunnedah, respectively, as shown edged heavy black and marked “4 (a)” on the map marked “Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment No 20)” deposited in the office of Gunnedah Shire Council.
