Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Clause 1 Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment No 19)

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 19).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 4, DP 1124589, known as 263 Stock Road,

Gunnedah.

4 Amendment of Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998

Clause 12 What are the provisions relating to the subdivision of land within Zone No 1 (c) for residential purposes?

Insert after clause 12 (2):

(3) Subclause (2) does not apply to Lot 4, DP 1124589, known as 263 Stock Road, Gunnedah. The Council must not consent to the subdivision of that land unless each allotment created by the subdivision has an area of not less than 3000 square metres.
