1 Name of plan
This plan is Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998
(Amendment No 17).
2 Aims of plan
This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 9 (a)—the Proposed Road Zone to Zone No 2 (a)—the Residential Zone under Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998 to allow for the carrying out of development that is compatible with the adjoining parcels of land for the purpose of developing the existing Lundie House aged care facility.
3 Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to land situated in the local government area of Gunnedah, at the corner of Apex Road and Stock Road, Gunnedah, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment No 17)” deposited in the office of Gunnedah Shire Council.
4 Amendment of Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998
Gunnedah Local Environmental Plan 1998 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 6 (1) the
following words:
