1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gundagai Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 236 Punch Street, Gundagai, being Lot 2, DP 634697.

4 Amendment of Gundagai Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “(When this Plan was made this Schedule was blank.)”.

Insert instead—

1      Use of certain land at 236 Punch Street, Gundagai

This clause applies to land at 236 Punch Street, Gundagai, being Lot 2, DP 634697, and identified as “Area A” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purpose of health consulting rooms is permitted

with development consent.
