I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gundagai Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)

land in Zone SP3 Tourist under Gundagai Local Environmental Plan 2011, and

(b)

the following land in Zone SP3 Tourist at Coolac:

(i)	Lots D and E, DP 411988, Lots A and B, DP 394628, Lots 21 and 22, DP 1187297, Lot 1, DP 409642 and Lots 1 and 2, DP 384612,
(ii)	part of Lot 21, DP 1049165, Lot 1, DP 909446, Lots 127, 237 and 316, DP 753599, Lots 262 and 263, DP 665914 and Lot 1, DP 1131786,

(iii) Lot 830, DP 1178634, Lots 2 and 3, DP 591526, part of Lot 4, DP 1125835, Lot 1, DP 830101, Lot 82, DP 1178672 and Lot 1, DP 1119876.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Gundagai Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Gundagai Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Clause 1.2 Aims of Plan

Omit “Gundagai” from clause 1.2 (1).

Insert instead “that part of the Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional local government area to which this Plan applies (in this Plan referred to as Gundagai)”.

Land Use Table

Insert “Emergency services facilities;” and “Garden centres;” in alphabetical order in item 3 of the matter relating to Zone SP3 Tourist.

(3)

Dictionary

Omit “Gundagai Shire” from the definition of Council.

Insert instead “Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional”.
