[Long Title Amended by No. 59 of 1988, s. 4 ]An Act to confer the right to enter public places and means of public transport on persons who use or train guide dogs and for related purposes
[Royal Assent 24 November 1967]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 0.5 penalty units.
