GUARDIANSHIP OF INFANTS.

AN ACT to amend the Guardianship of Infants Act, 1926-
[Assented to 7th January, 1949.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the Guardianship of Short title.

| 3.. The principal Act is amended by inserting after Amendment of | principal |
section six a section as follows:—
