Guardianship and Administration Regulations 1995

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration Regulations 1995 1.

2.Fees to be paid to the Public Trustee

• The fees specified in the Table to this regulation are payable to the Public Trustee by the administrator for performing the functions of the Board prescribed under rule 1(9) and (10) of the Rules of the Guardianship and Administration Board 2.

1.	If the gross value of the estate does not exceed $10 000 ..........................................	$22
2.	If the gross value of the estate exceeds $10 000 but does not exceed $20 000 ........	$55
3.	If the gross value of the estate exceeds $20 000 .......................................................	at the rate of $66 per hour.
