s1 2 s3 Guardianship and Administration (Postponement) No. 34, 2001 Regulation 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration (Postponement) Regulation 2001. 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before the commencement under the Acts InterpretationAct 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 20 April 2002. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the following provisions of the Guardianship andAdministration Act 2000 — (a) schedule 3, amendment 10 of the Powers of Attorney Act 1998; (b) schedule 3, amendment 13 of the Powers of Attorney Act 1998, to the extent it omits section 68; (c) schedule 3, amendment 5 of the Public Trustee Act 1978 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 22 April 2002.
