Guardianship and Administration Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2009

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Guardianship and Administration
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i) when the Acts Amendment (Consent to Medical

Treatment) Act 2008 section 4 comes into

(ii) gazettal day,

whichever is later.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Guardianship and Administration
Regulations 2005.

4.            Schedule I amended

Delete "witness's residential" (each occurrence) and insert:

witness's

5.            Schedule 2 amended

Delete "witness's residential" (each occurrence) and insert:

witness's
