Guardianship and Administration Amendment

Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Guardianship and
Administration Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.            Regulation 2 amended

The Table to regulation 2 of the Guardianship and
Administration Regulations 1995* is amended as follows:

By Command of the Administrator, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(a)	in item 1, by deleting "$20.00" and inserting instead — " $22 ";
(b)	in item 2, by deleting -$50.00- and inserting instead
44 $55 5%
(c)	in item 3 by deleting "$60.00" and inserting instead — " $66 ".
