s1 2 s3 Guardianship and Administration Amendment No. 223, 2003 Regulation (No. 2) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the GuardianshipandAdministrationRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Visitable sites) Schedule 2, paragraphs (d)(i) and (ii)— omit, insert— ‘(i) a residential service conducted in the premises that the place is part of is registered under the ResidentialServices(Accreditation)Act2002 and personal care services are provided in the premises; or (ii) there is a current application for level 3 accreditation under that Act of a residential service conducted in the premises that the place is part of; or (iii) a residential service conducted in the premises that the place is part of is accredited at level 3 under that Act;’.
