s1 2 s3 Guardianship and Administration Amendment No. 154, 2003 Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the GuardianshipandAdministrationRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Visitable sites) (1) Schedule 2, paragraph (d)— renumber as schedule 2, paragraph (e). (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘(d) for a consumer with impaired capacity for a personal matter or a financial matter or with a mental or intellectual impairment—a place where the consumer lives if— (i) there is a current application for level 3 accreditation under the ResidentialServices(Accreditation)Act2002 of a residential service conducted in the premises that the place is part of; or (ii) a residential service conducted in the premises that the place is part of is accredited at level 3 under that Act;’.
