ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT

ACT 1998

AN ACT to amend the Guardianship and Administration

Act 1990.

[Assented to 30 April 1998.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Guardianship and

Administration Amendment Act 1998.

Commencement

2. This Act comes into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Section 6 amended

3. Section 6 (4) of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1990* is repealed and the following subsection is substituted —

‘‘

(4) A person may at the same time hold office as president or deputy president and an office referred to in subsection (2) (a) or 3 (b).
