His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Guardianship Act 1987.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Guardianship Amendment Regulation 2010.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Guardianship Regulation 2010
(1) Schedule 1 Forms Omit “justice of the peace/” wherever occurring in Forms 1–3.
(2) Schedule 1 Insert “of” after “insert the name” in the first paragraph of Form 2.
