Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to constitute a development corporation called the Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation for a growth centre consisting of land within the local government areas of Parkes and the City of Wagga Wagga.

This Order is made under section 5 of the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974.
