the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 of the Growth Centres

(Development Corporations) Act 1974, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to change the nature of governance of the Hunter Development Corporation from
board governed to chief executive governed.
This Order is made under section 5 (1) (g) (i) of the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974.

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974 No 49

Schedule 1 Growth centres and development corporations

Omit “Board” from the matter relating to Hunter Development Corporation.
Insert instead “Chief executive”.
