Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to change the nature of governance of the Cooks Cove
Development Corporation from board governance to chief executive governance.
This Order is made under section 5 of the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act

1974.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Growth Centres (Development Corporations)
Amendment (Cooks Cove Development Corporation) Order 2010.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974 No 49

Schedule 1 Growth centres and development corporations

Omit “Board” from Column 3 of Schedule 1 in the matter relating to

Cooks Cove Development Corporation.

Insert instead “Chief executive”.
