Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to change the nature of governance of the Central Coast Regional Development
Corporation from a board governed to a chief executive governed development corporation.
This Order is made under section 5 of the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974.

This Order is the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Amendment (Central
Coast Regional Development Corporation) Order 2016.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974 No 49
Schedule 1 Growth centres and development corporations
Omit “Board” from Column 3 of Schedule 1 in the matter relating to Central Coast
Regional Development Corporation.
Insert instead “Chief executive”.
