I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 of the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to correct a cross reference in a provision of the Growth Centres (Cooks Cove Development Corporation) Order 2001 as published in Gazette No 120 of 3 August 2001, pp 5836–7.
This Order is made under section 5 of the Growth Centres (Development
Corporations) Act 1974 and section 43 (2) of the Interpretation Act 1987.

Amendment of Growth Centres (Cooks Cove Development Corporation) Order 2001
The Growth Centres (Cooks Cove Development Corporation) Order 2001 is amended by omitting from the definition of Cooks Cove growth centre in clause 3 the matter “Part 3” and by inserting instead the matter “Part 8”.
