Coast Regional Development

Corporation) Order 2010

under the

Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 (1) (c) and (f) of the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is:

(a)

to alter the boundaries of the growth centre for which the Festival Development Corporation is constituted, and

(b)

to rename that development corporation as the Central Coast Regional Development Corporation.

This Order is made under section 5 (1) (c) and (f) of the Growth Centres (Development

Corporations) Act 1974.

This Order is the Growth Centres Amendment (Central Coast Regional
Development Corporation) Order 2010.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974 No 49

Schedule 1 Growth centres and development corporations

Omit the matter relating to Festival Development Corporation.

Insert instead:

Central Coast Regional All those pieces or parcels of land Board
Development within the local government areas
Corporation of Gosford and Wyong.
