This order in council may be cited as the Griffith University (Gold Coast University College Student Representative Council) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Griffith University (Gold Coast University College Student Representative Council) Order 1992 is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Insertion of new s.3 3. After section 2— insert— ˙ ‘Date Student Representative Council becomes a body corporate etc. ‘3. For the purposes of section 24A(3) of the Act, 18 December 1992 is appointed as the day on which the Council established under section 2 becomes a body corporate under the name ‘Gold Coast University College of Griffith University Student Representative Council’. ’.
