323 tteeit sinxt r ANNO VICESIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 19 of 1971 An Act to Amend the Greenvale Agreement Act 1970 in certain particulars [ASSENTED TO 19TH APRIL, 1971] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled , and by the authority of the same , as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Greenvale Agreement Act Amendment Act 1971. (2) The Greenvale Agreement Act 1970 as amended by this Act -may be collectively cited as the Greenvale Agreement Act1970-1971. 2. Amendment of s. 5 . Section 5 of the Greenvale Agreement Act1970 is amended by- (a) in subsection (1), (i) inserting after the words " borrowed by the Companies " the words " or either of them ";
