Greenhouse Gas Geological Sequestration Amendment Regulations 2015

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Greenhouse Gas Geological Sequestration Regulations 2009 to revoke references to special access well plans.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 303 of the Greenhouse Gas Geological Sequestration Act 2008.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2015.

4Special access authorisation—special access well plan

Regulation 11 of the Greenhouse Gas Geological Sequestration Regulations 2009[1] is revoked.
