Application for approval of the Green Eggs Early Childhood Centre EYQF Enterprise Agreement 2013.
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 27 September 2013 with the code [2013] FWCA 7538 [PR542599] is corrected as follows:
[1] By adding the following as paragraph [6]:
“United Voice, being a bargaining representative for the Agreement, has given notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it. In accordance with s.201(2), I note that the Agreement covers the organisation.”
