1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Greater Taree Local Environmental Plan 2010

(Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 59, 117 and 217–219, DP 753149, Lot 14, DP 733054, Lot 7, DP 1068908, Lots 1 and 2, DP 1022067, Lot B, DP 377867, Lot 71, DP 773260, SP 45059, Lot 2, DP 875651 and Lots 1 and 4, DP 594864, in the vicinity of Forest Lane and Lewis Street, Old Bar.

Each map adopted by Greater Taree Local Environmental Plan 2010 that is specified in Column 1 of the following Table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the Table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
