1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Greater Taree Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 19).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Kolodong Road, Taree—

(a)	Lot 3, DP 607547,
(b)	Lots 5 and 6, DP 833772,
(c)	Lots 7 and 8, DP 1170882,
(d)	Lots 52–54, DP 1042462,
(e)	Lot 61, DP 1252146.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Greater Taree Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
