I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Greater Sunrise Unitisation Agreement Implementation Act 2004, fix 7 February 2007 as the day on which items 1 to 86 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
