1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Greater Hume Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Culcairn—

(c)	Lot 291, DP 1124610,
(d)	part of Lot 5, DP 250901,
(e)	Lot A, DP 385255,

(h)	Lots 96–99 and 105, DP 753757,

(i)      Lot 126, DP 721063.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Greater Hume Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
