This Plan is Greater Hume Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land to which Greater Hume Local Environmental

Plan 2012 applies—

(a)	Pioneer Drive, Jindera, being Lot 67, DP 1195450,
(b)	Britton Court, Jindera, being Lot 42, DP 1132425,
(c)	Pech Avenue, Jindera, being Lot 61, DP 1194500,
(d)	Klein Court, Jindera, being Lot 89, DP 1228879.
