1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Greater Hume Local Environment Plan 2012 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Jindera:

(a)	Lots 6 and 7, DP 240938, being 151–159 and 161–185 Pioneer Drive, respectively,
(b)	Lot 31, DP 1062153, Urana Road,
(c)	Lot 30, DP 1062153 and Lot 4, DP 240938, being 1065 and 1085 Urana Road, respectively.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Greater Hume Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
