1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment
No 82).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to certain land at Pacific Palms and, in particular, to:
| (a) | Lot B, DP 363483, Lot 23, DP 537919, Lots 13–16, DP 793710, Lot 113, DP 103145, Lot 10, DP 633645, Lot 1, DP 862876, Lots 2 and 3, DP 828932, Lot 427, DP 753168, Lot 83, DP 861736 and Lots A and B, DP 418473, being land off Boomerang Drive, and |
| (b) | Lots 1–5, DP 811686, being land off Red Gum Road. |
