1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 81).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 50, DP 609496, Lot 104, DP 245073 and Lots 160–162, 228–230 and 248, DP 593704, being certain drainage reserves in the Forster Keys residential estate, Forster.

Clause 35 Reclassification of land

Insert at the end of the Table to the clause in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:

Lot 50, DP 609496, being a	Community land.	Operational land.
drainage reserve in the Forster Keys residential estate, Forster.
Lot 104, DP 245073, being a	Community land.	Operational land.
drainage reserve in the Forster Keys residential estate, Forster.
