1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 80).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 305223, Lots 1 and 2, DP 577194 and Lot 4, Sec 5, DP 759005, Peel Street (between South and Kent Streets), Tuncurry, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “3 (a)” on the map marked “Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 80)” deposited in the office of Great Lakes Council.
