Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996

(Amendment No 77)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 77).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 to rezone the land to which this plan applies from partly Zone No 2 (b) (Medium Density Residential Zone) and partly Zone No 6 (a) (Open Space and Recreation Zone) to Zone No 5 (a) (Special Uses Zone)— Hospital to enable the provision of an integrated primary health care facility.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land in the local government area of Great Lakes, at the corner of South and Short Streets, Forster, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “5 (a) Hospital” on the map marked “Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 77)” deposited in the office of Great Lakes Council.
