1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 76).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land near Chapmans Road, Main Road No 111, Grey Gum Road, Duck Swamp and Wallamba Broadwater, Tuncurry, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)”, “7 (a1)” and “7 (b)” on the map marked “Great Lakes Council Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 76)” deposited in the office of Great Lakes Council.
