1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 74).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land being part of Lot 3, DP 1120817 and part of Lot 100, DP 1139447 at Pacific Highway, Bulahdelah, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 74)” deposited in the office of the Great Lakes Council.

plan has been prepared for the land,

which demonstrates to the satisfaction of

the Council that adequate arrangements,

acceptable to the Council, have been

made for the development to be serviced

system.
