I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. (N07/00023/PC-1)

Clause 1 Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 69)

Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996

(Amendment No 69)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 69).

2      Aims of plan

The aims of this plan are:

(a)	to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 1 (a) (Rural Zone) to Zone No 1 (d) (Small Holdings Zone), Zone No 1 (d1) (Rural Residential) and Zone No 2 (Village Zone) under Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996, and
(b)	to include the dwelling at 291 Failford Road, known as “Breckenridge House”, as a heritage item in Schedule 2 to Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996.

3      Land to which plan applies

(1)	This plan applies to Lots 2–5, DP 250230, Lot 11, DP 611059, Lot 3, DP 560635, Lots 12 and 13, DP 747289 at Failford, and Lot 1, DP 783312 at Simsville Road, Stroud, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 69)” deposited in the office of Great Lakes Council.
(2)	However, this plan does not apply to the land shown edged heavy black, hatched black and marked “Deferred Matter” on the map marked “Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 69)” deposited in the office of Great Lakes Council, being deferred matter within the meaning of section 68 (5) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

4 Amendment of Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996

Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
