Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996

(Amendment No 47)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 47).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996:

(a)	to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone No 1 (c) (Future Urban Investigation Zone) to partly Zone No 7 (a1) (Environmental Protection Zone) and partly Zone No 2 (Village Zone), and
(b)	to permit, with the consent of the Great Lakes Council, the carrying out of minor works for the purpose of stormwater management on part of the land to which this plan applies.

3      Land to which plan applies

(1)	In respect of the aim referred to in clause 2 (a), this plan applies to Lots 1 and 2, DP 1103357, Macwood Road and Lots 1–5, DP 215255, Ansett Avenue, Smiths Lake, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “7 (a1)” or “2” on the map marked “Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 47)” (the amending map) deposited in the office of the Great Lakes Council.
(2)	In respect of the aim referred to in clause 2 (b), this plan applies to so much of Lot 2, DP 1103357, Macwood Road, Smiths Lake, as is within Zone No 7 (a1) and shown edged heavy black and lettered “7 (a1)” on the amending map.

4 Amendment of Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996

Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
