1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment

No 46).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)

land at Forster, being Lot 2, DP 548504, Lots 401 and 402, DP 773088, Lots 21, 22, 23 and 24, DP 838699 and Lot 496, DP 1018916, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 46)” deposited in the office of Great Lakes Council, and

(b)

land at Pacific Palms, being part Lot 2, DP 862876, Boomerang Drive, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 2 of the map marked “Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No 46)” deposited in the office of Great Lakes Council.
