Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996

(Amendment No 38)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996

(Amendment No 38).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to allow, with the consent of Great Lakes Council, the use of the exhibition hall on the land to which this plan applies for the purpose of wedding receptions.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 26, DP 830819, 148 Coomba Road,

Pacific Palms.

4 Amendment of Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996

Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 1996 is amended by inserting at the end of the Table to clause 33 in Columns 1 and 2, respectively, the following words:

Lot 26, DP 830819, 148

Wedding receptions within the existing

Coomba Road, Pacific Palms

exhibition hall or that hall as redeveloped in

accordance with any Council approved

alterations or additions (or both).
