ing down the intcrcst of the moneys which might be borrowed onthe credit of thc rccitcd Ordinance; and in the nest place, in amzndine and 1;ecping in rcpair tile road; and lastly, in repaying the psinc~pal money borsowcd for ihe purposes of
the O~riinancc: Ancl whcrcasthe Trustees, in virtue of the said recited Ordinance, borrowcd on mortgngc certain rnoncys; and, nftcr paying certain espcnditurc incurred by Gowmment, and other outlays 011 account of the road, a dcficicncyarose in the funds of tllc Trust, whereby it became iiiatlcquatc to tilt purposes of the Trust, or to meet the claims of the mortg,age-holdcrs, and at the request and with the united
