THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under
the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act
1975.

Principal Regulations
1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Great
Barrier Reef Marine Park Regulations.

2. Regulation 13ad of the Principal Regulations is
amended by inserting in paragraph (1) (a) “reasonably” after “Authority”.

3. Regulation 15b of the Principal Regulations is
amended by inserting in paragraph (1) (a) “reasonably” after “Authority”.
Reconsideration and
review of decisions of Authority
4. Regulation 22 of the
Principal Regulations is amended by inserting in paragraph (2) (a) “14,” after “regulation”.
