Great Australian Bight Trawl Fishery Management Plan (Revocation)
Fisheries Management Act 1991
The Australian Fisheries Management Authority determine pursuant to subsection 20 (3) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991, that the Great Australian Bight Trawl Fishery Management Plan, being the Plan determined under section 17 of that Act on 10 May 1993 and notified in the Gazette on 2 July 1993, be revoked.
The determination takes effect on the day after it is registered.
