(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and after taking into consideration the recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the Australian Wine and Brandy Producers’ Association (Incorporated), the Australian Winemakers’ Forum (Incorporated), the Wine and Brandy Co-operative Producers’ Association of Australia (Incorporated) and the Winegrape Growers’ Council of Australia (Incorporated), being organisations in respect of which a declaration is in force under subsection 5 (3) of the Rural Industries Research Act 1985 in relation to leviable goods, hereby make the following Regulations under the Grape Research Levy Act 1986.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 January 1989.

Rate of Levy

2. Regulation 2 of the Grape Research Levy Regulations is amended by omitting “30” and substituting “50”.
